System Design & Planning
We design the right system for your space and goals — including what to spec, what to skip, to include any building infrastructure needs to support the design.
UpReach doesn't sell equipment or show up with a tool bag. We help you think through what you actually need, how it supports your mission, and what it's going to take to get there — so that by the time an installer walks in the door, the hard decisions are already made. And when the install is done, we don't disappear.
We design the right system for your space and goals — including what to spec, what to skip, to include any building infrastructure needs to support the design.
Doing the install yourself or with your own crew? We'll design the system, document it clearly, and be available when questions come up during the build.
Already have a proposal from an integrator? We'll review the design, flag anything worth questioning, and give you an honest second opinion before you sign.
We work alongside integrators who want an independent design consultant in the room — someone whose only interest is the right outcome for the client.
From day-one orientation to advanced operation, we train your team on the gear they have — so it gets used the way it was designed and to its fullest potential.
Questions after the install, system changes down the road, new gear decisions — we're available to stay alongside you as your needs evolve.
Who we are
UpReach Systems is an independent AV consulting and design firm based in Texas. We work with churches, businesses, and organizations who want professional-grade expertise without having to hire a full integrator — or who already have one and want a second set of eyes.
We have no products to push and no install crews to keep busy. That means our only interest is helping you make the right decisions for your space, your team, and your budget. We're paid for our thinking, not our gear.
Sound familiar?
Did your integrator disappear after the final invoice?
Are they future-proofing your project, or just selling you the coolest gear in the catalog?
Do you want a second opinion on your AV design — or on the electrical and structural requirements your system will actually need?
Does your team know how to get the most out of the gear you already have — or does it sit underused?
No pressure, no pitch.
